About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Sales Associate to help us build and convert our sales pipeline. You’ll be part of the ground team—reaching out to leads, building rapport, and helping guide prospects through the sales funnel. This is a people-first, hustle-heavy role with real impact.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, or DMs
- Qualify and engage prospects and understand their needs
- Nurture leads through the funnel with consistent follow-ups
- Log and update lead status in CRM tools or internal systems
- Work closely with the strategy team to align messaging
- Hit outreach and conversion activity targets
- Share insights and feedback to improve sales processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a get-it-done mindset
- Comfortable speaking to new people and handling objections
- Basic understanding of sales funnels (or willing to learn)
- Highly organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Bonus: Experience with CRM tools like Notion, HubSpot, Airtable
